Coaching Option Description
Training focused to improve your fitness levels, whether you want to improve your agility, speed, stamina, power, strength or a combination of all of these. This session will target aspects of your fitness most important to you to give you the edge over your opponent. Sessions can also be targeted to aid players return to full fitness after recent injury or absence from the game.
